Performer Evaluation and Statistics

Please remember to record all programs and outreaches and large groups that come into the library on the statistic sheet as soon as the program is finished.  This will be especially important for the Summer Reading Programs which will have a separate link from the usual for Performer Evaluation.

Programs such as the Para Los Ninos, Spanish Playgroup, and special performers need to also have a Performer Evaluation sheet filled out as well as recording the stats. The information for Moody's two regular performers needed to complete the evaluation is now on the blog.  Please check with the person in charge for the day to ensure that we have turned in the online performer Evaluation Sheet and have an accurate statistic recording.  Do not assume that someone else is recording the numbers especially if you are scheduled at the desk during the event.

Online Shelf Reading Form

Hello-

 

First, I wish to thank everyone for your diligence with shelf reading. Overall, I think we are doing a fantastic job.

 

To make monitoring shelf reading more efficient, I have created an online Shelf Reading form. You can access the form by going to the Dixon and Moody Blog at:

On the bottom right hand side, you will see the "Staff Links" category.  Below this, you will see the Shelf Reading Form link.  Once there, click on the link to retrieve the form.

 

Beginning Saturday, we will begin using this form. It is a work in progress and it will be adjusted as needed.

 

Over the next couple of days, I will be showing each of you how to find the form and to input the data. I believe that you will find the form very easy to use.

Training Hours

Hello-

To ensure that all training hours get properly posted, I am asking all staff to cease sending training certificates to HPL Training or Leilany. Instead, please make a photocopy and route them to me at Moody. I am going to log each certificate received so I have a record of it in one spreadsheet. Then, I will forward them all together once per week to HPL Training.
